To reserve space for your scouts in these activities, drop us an email with your name, your troop number, and the number of scouts for each activity. We'll take care of the rest.
Don't forget about lunch!
Arbor Day Farm's Pie Garden Cafe (inside the Apple House Market) serves tasty lunch items for your scouts -- hot dogs, burgers, brats, chicken wraps, nachos -- or you may bring your own food for our picnic tables on site.
Self-guided activities available all day on Scout Day (included with admission):
- Corn Maze: 1.5 acres on site, next to the Pumpkin Patch
- Tree seedling to take home and plant
- ALL NEW Fall Nature Scavenger Hunt
- Museum Discovery Hiker Badge Work
- Native American Plant Uses and Nature’s Remedies
Available for an additional charge during your visit to Arbor Day Farm:
- Discovery Ride: a one-hour guided tour into the backwoods ($4.00 adult, $3.00 scout)
- U-Pick Apple Orchard: a classic fall experience! $8 for a 5 pound bag, $12 for a 10 pound bag and $19 for a 20 pound bag (half bushel)
