Carly’s Forest Explorer Party

Note: Balloons and piñatas are not allowed. Candles are allowed under staff supervision.
Scheduling a party at Arbor Day Farm includes Tree Adventure admission for the entire day. Party spaces are reserved for 2 hours at designated spaces. To schedule a party, please fill out the Birthday Party Reservation Form to begin the reservation process.
We take care of the set-up and the clean-up. The tableware (tablecloth, napkins, forks/spoons, and cups) will be provided in addition to any items listed for chosen party package. If bringing your own cake, you must bring your own plates. However, those items may be purchased from Carly's Cafe if needed.
No outside food, except cake, is allowed for birthday parties. Pizza and other items from Carly’s Café are available. Call in advance for options and prices.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your date, time and room. The remaining balance is due at the time of entry on your party day. Parties must be cancelled 24 hours in advance for deposit to be used toward a rescheduled party time. Party spots fill quickly, begin the reservation process by filling out the Birthday Party Reservation Form and our team will be in touch to complete the reservation process.
Weather conditions may affect Tree Adventure operation and outdoor party spaces Tree Adventure attractions may close temporarily when lightning occurs.
