Meeting Room Information

Arbor Day Farm provides a variety of meeting spaces, from traditional boardrooms to rustic barns. Most are in Lied Lodge, offering natural views, flexible layouts, and amenities like fireplaces and projection screens. Unique options include Steinhart Lodge and the Historic Barns, both just a short walk or trolley ride away.

Lied Lodge Rosenow room
The Rosenow Room, located at Lied Lodge, features scenic view, a stone fireplace, and can be divided into four smaller spaces for breakout sessions.
Ideal for smaller groups or intimate events, this cozy space on the conference level offers natural views of Arbor Day Farm.
The Marcotte Room is perfect for intimate events or smaller groups, offering natural views from its location on the conference level.
Lied Lodge Steinhart Room
The Steinhart Room includes a built-in projection screen, scenic windows, and flexible space that divides into four breakout rooms.
Lied Lodge Terrace Room
The Terrace Room, just off the Lied Lodge lobby, provides sweeping views of Arbor Lodge State Historical Park and splits into two smaller meeting spaces.
Meetings Boardroom
The Executive Boardroom on the 4th floor features a conference table, casual seating, kitchenette, private bathroom, and treetop views.
Cozy lounge area featuring two armchairs, a leather sofa, a wooden dining table, and large windows with natural light.
The Hospitality Suite near the Lied Lodge lobby offers a casual seating area, conference table, kitchenette, private bathroom, and arboretum views.
Steinhart Lodge
Steinhart Lodge is a rustic stone venue with timber beams, a fireplace, and space for up to 200 guests—just a short walk from Lied Lodge.
Historic barns
The Historic Barns, restored from the early 1900s, offer a unique setting for meals, receptions, or breakout sessions, accessible by walk, shuttle, or hayrack ride.
