J. Sterling Morton had the largest orchard in Nebraska by 1857.

Morton Apples won awards at numerous fairs and exhibitions. Learn about apple varieties planted, as well as history of Morton Orchard, Porter Orchard, and Arbor Day Farm. Guests will also learn about Morton's farm crops and employees. This display will continue through AppleJack Weekend. Free with admission.
